CAD Files
A Cad file is an electronic version of a house plan and contains all of the same information as a construction
blueprint set, but in an electronic format. It can be opened in most professional design programs such as AutoCad, allowing you to
modify the chosen house. It comes with a copyright release document, allowing you to build one (1) house.
PDF Files
The PDF file is also an electronic document identical as the construction blueprint set, but it cannot be
altered or modified. Buying a PDF file is allowing you to build one (1) house from it, and to print as much as fifteen (15) copies
of the chosen plan!
