The house's location being much appreciated, the owners only want to refresh the exterior look, and include, if possible porches to better enjoy the overview. They are asking us to improve the foundation and exteriors walls' isolation. For them, the interior is perfect as it is.

We suggest a brand new facade with a covered porch and we add a gable to change the look of the house. We add a covered porch on the side, which is very satisfactory to the owners. Appropriate landscaping gives a charming look for a remarquable result.
