Increase the size of the house to relocate the master bedroom and a private bathroom on the main floor. Re-use the space from bedroom #1 on the second floor to make a bedroom, a bathroom and a paint workshop with a view of the corner of the house from this room. A Victorian look is wanted.

Considering the age of the house, we suggest that the 2nd floor is entirely remodelled and also change the entire structure of the existing floor. This way, we can meet the owner's expectations better, especially when it comes to their needs for the second floor. For the exterior, a new turret on the second floor combined with a balcony with rounded posts and the addition of mouldings to the new gables will provide the Victorian look wanted by the owners.
