In truth what this is about is to transform a single family dwelling into a bi-generation dwelling. So we must first check with the local authorities if this is feasible since the addition of stories is not always allowed in every residential areas. I f and when approved by the municipal authorities, we will design the volumes to get a good balance between the new story and the existing part of the house.
