Revamp the house. Harmonize the roof of the garage with the roof of the house. Build a sun room on the existing rear concrete slab. Redo the bathroom upstairs.

Report of the technologist

We have to intervene all around the house to provide the expected revamping. The roof on the garage is now three-sided and is very harmonious. The sun room addition is done on the existing slab with exterior stucco wich looks great with the rest of the house. As for the second floor bathroom, it is redrawn without any problem.
