Add on two floors to provide a new living room on the ground floor and a bigger master suite upstairs. Remodel the ground floor with open areas. Rearrange a part of the upstairs to provide more storage and a den. Improve the exterior by adding a gallery and a screened shelter.

Report of the technologist

This hundred years old house needs structural reinforcement. A significant addition will satisfy the owners needs while the addition of a covered porch and new roof lines will improve the exterior appearance. As for the screened shelter, the owners definitely approve of the gazebo.
