Improve the architecture of the house by adding a carport, a porch, a small den and a room on the second floor. The materials selected should require very little maintenance. Relocate the main entrance if necessary.

The modification to the roof trusses and the addition of a carport brings a certain symmetry to the house. The covered porch gives access to the main entrance as well as to the new den. The space occupied by the walk-in closet, which is moved in the roof space above the carport, is used for an additional room
