Add a story to the house to relocate the beautician salon already in the basement. On the first floor, provide a private entrance to the new story.

The new story is added above the living area (kitchen, dining room and family room) already lower; doing so allows the new story to be centered and have a lower profile. The stairway to the new story is above the basement stairway and a hall is added to the front entrance, which now becomes the clients entrance. In the basement, the space occupied by the beauty salon is conveted into a play room.
