Add a secondary entrance accessible from the car port. Build on the back a sun room addition for the relocation of the dining room and the access to the basement and give the whole an original look.

Indeed, the new entrance infringing considerably upon the dining room, the latter must be relocated in the new addition. Since the house is on a street corner, we take good care in designing an attractive addition including a sunny dining room and an access to the basement.
