Expand the house to get a new and comfortable master bedroom with its own bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Improve the service entrance and provide more storage space. Make sure the exterior of the house retains an esthetic look, well integrated to the neighbourhood.

Of the different scenarios considered, locating the master bedroom suite above the garage seems the most appropriate. On the first floor, the service entrance is improved and embellished with a family room with access to the back yard. Outside, an accurate use of the existing slopes allows a better integration with the neighbourhood.
