Add a story with a large master bedroom with bathroom and closet, a large living area as well as a home office and if possible, a den in a turret and a terrace. Remodel the ground floor as to leave a single bedroom, a remodeled kitchen and an improved view on the river from the dining room , the luncheon nook and the new reading area.

The addition of a story seems like the best way to go fulfill all the expectations. A meeting on location has convinced us of the pertinence of wanting to make the most of the breathtaking view on the river.
