Add a story allowing for a vast master bedroom with a shower room and a spacious wardrobe. Modify the first floor to expand the bathroom and convert a room into a painter's studio. Change the exterior brick. Emphasize the main entrance, add a turret and a balcony.

The addition of a second story to part of the house is the solution to the lack of space and to cut the lengthy look of the house.. The first floor can be easily remodeled as requested. The turret however would not be in compliance to setback regulations. Consequently, we opt for a bay with an overhang on the second floor with an attractive balcony, all of which is allowed by the city.
