Expand the house to get more rooms. Add a garage if possible. Renovate the bathroom and rearrange the kitchen so that it can be accessed from the back.

Even if space is limited, the addition of a garage remains possible and will allow to put interesting rooms above it. As far as the kitchen and the bathroom are concerned there is no problem, the space obtained allows us to meet the expectations of the owners.
