Add a garage with access to the back yard, the basement and the service entrance. Modify the facade ty replacing the windows and the asphalt shingles. Any interesting suggestion for the facade will be considered.

Because the new garage leaves less space in the front and side, a rear garage door provides access to the back yard. In the front, the porch is modified to adapt to the new profile of the facade, making it unique.
